11 June: SOCIAL DINNER of the 2026 Critical Economics Conference
The JEC2026 social dinner will take place on Thursday 11 June from 21h at NH Villa de Bilbao (Gran Vía Don Diego Lopez de Haro, no. 87), located in the city centre of Bilbao.
At the beginning of the dinner, the “AEC Honorary Distinction” will be awarded to Miren Etxezarreta and Angel Martinez Gonzalez-Tablas.
FISH MENU
- Starter: Mushroom risotto with sautéed vegetables and Idiazabal cheese shavings
- Main: Oven-baked sea bream loin with spinach stew and gnocchi
- Dessert: Puff pastry with vanilla cream and caramel ice cream
- Also included: Mineral water, red or white wine “Nuviana” and coffee
VEGETARIAN MENU
- Starter: Creamy mushroom rice with pumpkin fondue
- Main: Sautéed seasonal vegetables with egg
- Dessert: Fruit salad
- Also included: Mineral water, red or white wine “Nuviana” and coffee
12 June: CLOSING PARTY
On Friday from 21h we will gather at HIKA ATENEO (Eskola Zumarkalea, 1, Ibaiondo, 48006 Bilbao, Bizkaia), next to the Ribera Market.
In addition to drinks and pintxos for sale, we will be joined by DJs Hija del Nopal (Mexico, Bilbao) and Golden Venedo (Barakaldo).
